What is the maximum carbonation level your canning system can handle?

Our counterpressure canning system is designed to handle high levels of carbonation, with a pressure rating of up to 60 psi. Under ideal conditions—such as proper product chilling and fine-tuned fill settings—the system can accommodate beverages carbonated up to 5.5 volumes of CO₂. To reach these levels, the product must be chilled to between 0°C to 1.5°C prior to filling. Lower temperatures help maintain carbonation and reduce foaming during the canning process. This makes the system suitable for a wide range of carbonated products, including highly carbonated sodas, seltzers, and sparkling wines
