Canned samples help you see how your drink performs in its final packaging. Even with slightly lower carbonation than a full production run, they’re ideal for lab testing, getting early feedback from partners or focus groups, testing new recipes or ingredients, and presenting your product to investors. They also allow you to see how your label design looks on a real can.
Our counterpressure canning system is designed to handle high levels of carbonation, with a pressure rating of up to 60 psi. Under ideal conditions—such as proper product chilling and fine-tuned fill settings—the system can accommodate beverages carbonated up to 5.5 volumes of CO₂. To reach these levels, the product must be chilled to between 0°C to 1.5°C prior to filling. Lower temperatures help maintain carbonation and reduce foaming during the canning process. This makes the system suitable for a wide range of carbonated products, including highly carbonated sodas, seltzers, and sparkling wines
We use Wild Goose Gosling and Wild Goose Evolution Series machines, and we’ve recently added the CP6: a high-performance, single-lane, six-head counter pressure filler and seamer. It handles all standard can sizes, works with both still and carbonated drinks, and can fill up to 2,000 cans per hour depending on the product. The CP6 is fast to set up, easy to operate, and ideal for high-quality, flexible drinks canning.
We have have a large selection of can sizes and shapes available, from 150ml up-to 500ml, all made from 100% recyclable aluminium.

Unlike as easy we make canning drinks, this is a tricky question to answer. Equipped with two canning machines and our can-do attitude, we want to say…fast! However, it all really depends on our current in-house or external orders. We recommend getting in touch with us as soon as you can so we can set a realistic timeline for you, so no one is disappointed.

Yes, they are! Aluminium cans exceed the global standard of being at least 70% recyclable — and aluminium itself is infinitely recyclable without losing quality. Compared to glass, cans have a much smaller carbon footprint. They're lighter and more compact, making them easier and more efficient to transport, which helps reduce CO₂ emissions before and after the canning process.
Well, why not? Firstly, if you’re already distributing your drinks in bottles then canning it helps you expand existing markets or even open up a new one! This was certainly true for us with Kiss of Wine, our canned wine business. Cans offer a smaller, more durable and lightweight option for your customers, making them travel and picnic-friendly. The smaller size is also less of a commitment to a customer just wanting a taste. Other selling points to cans? Drinks cool faster and they block 100% of light meaning they tend to extend the shelf life of most drinks. From a production point of view, cans are also cheaper, and easier and safer to handle than glass or bottles. They’re also better for the environment — we talk about that more below.
